The cold is hear

I have noticed that lately it has been getting colder and colder when I am observing the creek. The water is getting colder and colder to. Iv also notice a lot of things are dying.Why does everything have to die? My purple plant I love so much is not going to be with us much longer. Its laziness look makes it look like he does not have any more strength to survive. Deep in side me I want to do something to help, but I just don't know what to do to help the poor cold little guy. Its orange little balls that he has on each end of the stems is getting lighter and lighter everyday. The creek its self is getting lower and lower. The little water fall has water running through the small parts of the rocks and still I cant figure out how because their is no water running in the creek just a big cold puddle on the second part of the creek. The cold fall air surrounds the creek telling me fall has arrived with its cold air. Knowing that any day now the creek may not say another word.
